Welcome to Spiritual Fitness LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing this website or purchasing, booking, or participating in any free or paid services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

Spiritual Fitness LLC provides spiritual education, Akashic Records channeling sessions, workshops, group programs, online gatherings, and related content for personal development and spiritual exploration.

All services are offered for educational and informational purposes only.

2. No Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice

Our services are not therapy and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

If you require professional care, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid services.

By participating, you confirm that you are mentally and emotionally stable enough to engage in spiritual and personal development work.

4. Payments

Prices are listed on our website or booking platform.

Payment is required before participation in paid services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Group programs may be sold via third-party platforms such as Kartra. 1:1 sessions may be arranged manually.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds for 1:1 sessions, group programs, workshops, digital products, or any other services.

If you cancel a 1:1 session at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule within 12 months. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are forfeited.

6. Recordings

1:1 Sessions

Sessions may be recorded and shared privately with the client. Recordings are deleted from our systems within approximately 10 days after delivery.

Group Sessions

Group calls may be recorded. Participant faces will not be shared publicly without explicit permission. Voices may be included if a participant asks a question during a session.

By participating in group programs, you consent to being recorded under these conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, recordings, teachings, materials, and methods remain the intellectual property of Spiritual Fitness LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or resell any content without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat session content as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Participants in group programs agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritual Fitness LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Participation in our services is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spiritual Fitness LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your participation in our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the State of Wyoming.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
